THE WENSLEYDALE CREAMERY INTRODUCES BUTTERTUBS CHEESE TO RANGE

The Wensleydale Creamery, the famous cheese-maker set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, has announced the launch of Buttertubs; a new buttery, creamy-textured cheese, full of flavour with citrus, lemony notes. Named after the iconic Yorkshire Dales landmark, ‘The Buttertubs’; a group of fluted limestone potholes, on the Buttertubs Pass, just five miles from The Wensleydale Creamery, Buttertubs cheese is handcrafted at The Wensleydale Creamery using milk from local farms. A taste of Yorkshire for Dales Festival-goers

Visitors to the Dales Festival of Food & Drink will be treated to a taste of Yorkshire this weekend, on the Wensleydale Creamery stand. The Creamery is bringing along a range of its handcrafted cheeses, including new varieties Blue 16, Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cherries, and its award-winning Mature Cheddar with Black Sheep Riggwelter Ale in a waxed truckle.
