Iconic Yorkshire Producers Unite to create Yorkshire Wensleydale & Ginger Cheesecake Ice Cream

The Wensleydale Creamery is celebrating the start of Summer with the launch of a Yorkshire Wensleydale & Ginger Cheesecake ice cream, to be sold at the Creamery’s popular Visitor Centre. Recent weather and severe flooding have been widely reported in the news in the last few weeks, with many homes and businesses falling victim to terrible damage.
