Join us this February Half Term at our Visitor Centre in Hawes, and enjoy the new Cheese-making Viewing Gallery in our Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese Experience – open from Friday 17th February. With a host of exciting facts and touch screens showing behind the scenes footage of the cheese-making process, visitors can enjoy an interactive insight into how we handcraft our Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese.
