Summer at The Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre

We’re looking forward to the Summer here at The Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre – we’ve got lots going on!   We will be running cookery demonstrations during the Summer in our Museum. Our Head Chef will show you how to create some of the mouth-watering dishes found on our menu in Calvert’s Restaurant and the 1897 Coffee Shop, which feature our award-winning cheese. According to the Visit England website, “English Tourism Week is an annual week-long celebration of events showcasing the quality and vibrancy of our visitor experiences and the value our industry brings to our nation.” This year it runs from 5th – 13th March. Yorkshire is open for business!

Recent weather and severe flooding have been widely reported in the news in the last few weeks, with many homes and businesses falling victim to terrible damage. Whilst flooding has been widespread, much of Yorkshire is still operating as usual and businesses are accessible, open and looking forward to seeing you!
