An award-winning family run butchers with a passion for quality and provenance, Lishman’s of Ilkley are our go-to for delicious charcuterie.

Established in 1986 by David Lishman, the shop in the centre of Ilkley has evolved to include not only a renowned butcher’s shop but also a deli and in-house charcuterie.  David’s daughter Emma has since joined the business and their passion for fantastic food is at the heart of what they do.

For the perfect pairing partnership, try Lishman’s outdoor reared Pork & Fennel Salami with our deliciously fruity Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries or how about Yorkshire Garlic and Herb Chorizo with a slice of our Smoked Yorkshire Wensleydale.

David Lishman will be joining us here at the Creamery as part of our Meet the Maker events on Wednesday 7^th December 11-3pm. Come along and sample his delicious range including

Bresaola with Yorkshire Cheddar, drizzled with local honey, York Air Dried Ham with Kit Calvert Old Style Wensleydale, Yorkshire Chorizo and Fennel Salami with Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberry.

There’ll also be some special offers available including 10% of the Lishman’s range on the day, along with some other offers on delicious in our Gift Shop in the run up to Christmas
