Fondue of Pear & Wensleydale Blue

• Prepare in 5mins
Great for supper or as a starter, serve with crusty bread.
- Diced Pear
25g (1oz) butter
Diced Wensleydale Blue
Toasted hazelnuts - crushed
- Step 1. In a frying pan melt the butter and cook the pear until just soft.
- Step 2. Place the pear in the bottom of a ramekin dish and fill the dish with the diced Wensleydale Blue.
- Step 3. Cook in the microwave on full for 1½ minutes.
- Step 4. Top with the toasted Hazelnuts and grill until crispy.
