Fondue of Pear & Wensleydale Blue

Fondue of Pear & Wensleydale Blue
Serves 4 Prepare in 5mins Cook in 5mins

Great for supper or as a starter, serve with crusty bread.

Ingredients

  • Diced Pear
  • 25g (1oz) butter
  • Diced Wensleydale Blue
  • Toasted hazelnuts - crushed

Method

  1. Step 1. In a frying pan melt the butter and cook the pear until just soft.
  2. Step 2. Place the pear in the bottom of a ramekin dish and fill the dish with the diced Wensleydale Blue.
  3. Step 3. Cook in the microwave on full for 1½ minutes.
  4. Step 4. Top with the toasted Hazelnuts and grill until crispy.
