You can use the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme: all day, every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3rd to 31st August 2020 and enjoy 50% discount, up to a maximum of £10 per person, for food & non-alcoholic drinks to eat or drink in our Calvert’s Restaurant and 1897 Coffee Shop.

50% discount will be applied to food and/or non-alcoholic drink purchased for immediate consumption at our Visitor Centre, up to a maximum discount of £10 per diner (inclusive of VAT). There is no minimum spend requirement. A diner is any person, adult or child, for whom food or drink is being purchased for consumption on-premises. Don’t worry – you don’t need to bring anything along to qualify for this offer. Just turn up – but remember, booking is recommended 🙂

Please note the discount cannot be applied to the following items:

• alcoholic drinks
• food or drink that is to be consumed off-premises
• persons not dining

1897 Coffee Shop 10am – 4pm

Treat yourself to a little time out in our welcoming and spacious 1897 Coffee Shop, with a beautiful panoramic view over the rolling Yorkshire Dales, with plenty of outdoor seating too! New table service format.

Take your pick of speciality coffees and Yorkshire teas – complemented by Wensleydale milk. Enjoy breakfast rolls,  home-made cakes made in our bakery along with, scones, daily savoury specials, freshly-made sandwiches and soup.

Please note –  From Friday 24th July, those dining in our Calvert’s Restaurant and 1897 Coffee Shop who wish to use our toilet facilities will also require a face covering as access to our restrooms is via the Gift Shop.
