Delicious dining at Wensleydale Creamery this summer

Planning  a visit to our Visitor Centre this summer?  Did you know that we have two fantastic places to eat here at the Creamery, Calvert’s and our 1897 Coffee Shop, each offering an array of delicious, cheese themed dishes.

Join us for lunch in our newly reopened Calvert’s, the perfect spot for lunch.  Our new menu features many old favourites from our famous Cheese on Toast, Three Cheese Quiche and Sourdough Pizzas to our new Wensleydale Cheese Bar – our take on tapas style dining!  Enjoy our range handcrafted cheeses all perfectly paired with a range of delicious accompaniments.  Ideal for sharing with friends and family as part of your visit. 

Planning a day out with the children this summer?  Calvert’s has a fantastic Children’s menu to delight those little taste buds with our Gromit’s Platter, featuring Yorkshire Wensleydale & Double Yorkshire cheese on toast, Wensleydale Sourdough Pizza, Sausage, Chunky Chips & Peas and of course our ever-popular Wensleydale Mac n Cheese! 

Visiting us in August?  Our children’s menu is available for just £5 per child throughout the whole month!

Looking for a lighter bite?  Our 1897 Coffee Shop, along with our dog friendly garden is the perfect place to enjoy coffee and cake this summer.  With views across the rolling Yorkshire Dales, our Coffee Shop offers soup and homemade sandwiches alongside delicious drinks and mouth-watering cakes.

Visit us in July?  July is National Ice Cream Month, and we have special offers running throughout the month including Milkshakes, Ice Cream Sundaes and Affogato, all made using delicious local Brymor ice cream, made just up the road in Jervaulx.
