Chicken Breast Stuffed with Yorkshire Wensleydale
Serves 2 Prepare in 10 mins

A perfect dinner party dish served with dauphiniose potatoes and spiced red cabbage.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 50gm (2oz) Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese, crumbled
  • Streaky Bacon

Method

  1. Step 1. Heat oven to 180°c/Gas Mark
  2. Step 2. Cut a pocket in the chicken breast and stuff with the Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese.
  3. Step 3. Wrap the chicken with the bacon.
  4. Step 4. Place chicken in baking dish.
  5. Step 5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
