Chicken Breast Stuffed with Yorkshire Wensleydale

Serves 2


2 Chicken Breasts

50gm (2oz) Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese, crumbled

Streaky Bacon


1. Heat oven to 180°c/Gas Mark 4.

2. Cut a pocket in the chicken breast and stuff with the Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese.

3. Wrap the chicken with the bacon.

4. Place chicken in baking dish.

5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
