Chicken Breast stuffed with Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries Cheese
Serves 2 Prepare in 5-10mins Cook in 30-40 mins

A delicious lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 50g (2oz) Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries cheese, crumbled

Method

  1. Step 1. Heat oven to 180°c/Gas Mark
  2. Step 2. Cut a pocket in the chicken breast and stuff with the Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries cheese.
  3. Step 3. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
