Chicken Breast stuffed with Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries Cheese

Serves: 2

 Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts

50g (2oz) Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries cheese, crumbled

 Method

1. Heat oven to 180°c/Gas Mark 4.

2. Cut a pocket in the chicken breast and stuff with the Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries cheese.

3. Place chicken in a baking dish.

5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
