Celebrating an Award-Winning Summer

We’re delighted to share the news that we’ve received several prestigious awards at both the International Cheese & Dairy Awards in Staffordshire and the Great Yorkshire Show in Harrogate for our products.

As the world’s largest cheese and dairy awards, the ICDA showcases over 5,000 cheeses from across the globe and champions the leading cheese and dairy producers.

A particular highlight was being awarded the Berkel Trophy for Best Creamery Territorial cheese for our traditional Yorkshire Wensleydale Block.  This was a very exciting award to receive as it saw Yorkshire Wensleydale go up against the likes Double Gloucester, Red Leicester and Cheshire Cheese to claim the top spot!

Our successful summer continued at this Year’s Great Yorkshire Show which was held in Harrogate at the beginning of July, where we also took home eight awards including a prestigious Gold for our Yorkshire Butter

• Bronze – Kit Calvert Old-Style Wensleydale
• Bronze – Naturally Oak-Smoked Cheddar

Being recognised in both competitions is a real testament to the quality of our products and it’s really great to be named amongst the best in the cheese and dairy industry both in Great Britain and across the world.
