Creamery Growth and Modernisation Project

Work will be commencing in September 2019 to aid with the modernisation of the Wensleydale Creamery at Hawes to include milk standardisation, curd handling improvements, cheese smoking plant and water recycling plant. It is part-funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

We’re celebrating 25 years at our Visitor Centre!

We’re marking the 25th Anniversary of our popular Visitor Centre with the launch of our brand-new interactive Demonstration Room, the latest development in an ongoing investment programme which has seen over £5million invested across the whole cheese-making business in the last 5 years. We have continually invested in our Visitor Experience since it first opened in 1994.
