This year’s Great Yorkshire Show saw the first Cheese & Dairy Show in the brand new food hall; a multi-million pound investment offering more space, updated facilities, and a state of the art exhibition hall to be proud of. Award wins for The Wensleydale Creamery at The Great Yorkshire Show

The Wensleydale Creamery, the famous Yorkshire Dales cheese-maker, is celebrating after another successful year at the Great Yorkshire Cheese & Dairy Show. The Creamery picked up a grand total of 15 awards, with a GOLD and ‘Best in Category’ award for its Yorkshire Yogurt (range of four flavours). Summer at The Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre

We’re looking forward to the Summer here at The Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre – we’ve got lots going on!   We will be running cookery demonstrations during the Summer in our Museum. Wensleydale Creamery Mature Cheddar with Black Sheep Riggwelter Ale Launches in Waitrose

Two iconic Yorkshire producers, The Wensleydale Creamery and Black Sheep Brewery, have partnered to produce a Mature Cheddar with Black Sheep Riggwelter Ale, launching in Waitrose stores this week. The Wensleydale Creamery Targets Growing Convenience Sector Across Europe

The Wensleydale Creamery has struck a deal with French retailers, Carrefour and Auchan, to launch a range of its sliced blended cheeses, as the Creamery builds on its export success in Europe. The sliced range, which includes Cheddar with Caramelised Onions, Double Gloucester with Onion & Chives, Hot & Spicy Cheddar, and Cheddar with Cracked Black Pepper, are now available nearly in 200 Carrefour stores across France. The Wensleydale Creamery, main sponsor of the Dales Festival of Food & Drink, is inviting visitors to the Dales Festival of Food & Drink to come along and name its new cheese, which it will be launching at the festival. This year’s British Cheese Awards took place at the Royal Bath & West Show, on Wednesday 1st June. Cheese and dairy producers from all over Britain enter their products to be judged by panel of industry experts, and this is the first major “competition” of the season.
