The Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese Experience starts with a cheesemaking demonstration and continues as a self-guided tour where you will learn about the thousand-year history of artisan cheesemaking in the Dales.
Enjoy guided cheese tastings and pick up top tips for accompaniments that perfectly pair with them in our Taste of Yorkshire Tasting Room.

Demonstrations
From our demonstration room watch as our experienced and knowledgeable cheese experts carefully craft Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese by hand, with a detailed explanation of the process and butter making too!
