Join us for an evening of whisky and cheese tasting here at Wensleydale Creamery.
We’ve partnered with the team at Filey based Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, Yorkshire’s first whisky distillery, to bring you a delicious event this September.
The Spirit of Yorkshire team will be hosting the evening event on Thursday 7th September at 5.30-7.30pm at our Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre, giving a talk on the Distillery’s farming heritage with a tasting of six incredible single malt whiskies, and how they can be perfectly paired with some of our most popular cheeses including Yorkshire Cheddar, Wensleydale Blue and Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries.
Spirit of Yorkshire use 100% homegrown barley to produce their award-winning range, including their first bottling Filey Bay, which is available to buy in our Gift Shop here at the Creamery.
A perfect pairing for us here at Wensleydale Creamery, their field to fork ethos (or field to glass in this case!) is set to create a great Yorkshire partnership, bringing together two artisan producers, both equally passionate about provenance and flavour!
It’s going to be a delicious evening, and a must for any whisky enthusiast.
Tickets costs £25 and include 6 whiskies paired with three Wensleydale cheeses, and as part of the event you’ll be get £10 off any bottle of Spirit of Yorkshire whisky purchased on the night.
Tickets purchased online will be emailed to you or you can purchase tickets at our Cheese & Gift Shop at the Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre.

Standard delivery within 5 working days costs £4.95. Free Delivery over £50.00 with standard courier options.
Next Day Delivery Service
Next Day delivery is available if ordering between Monday - Thursday 13:00pm and costs £7.95.

Saturday Delivery Service
Saturday delivery costs £9.95. Order before Friday at 10am and we'll deliver on the following Saturday.
