Booking: Signed booking form to be returned within 14 days of provisional booking. Final numbers and menu selections will be required in writing 14 days prior to your visit.

Deposit/Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 14 days prior to your visit. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Fees: All deposits & balance payments are non-refundable.

Amendments: All amendments must be confirmed in writing (fax or email acceptable). Should your event schedule change on the day of event Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre reserves the right to alter the times and schedule of your event.

Catering: Guests are not permitted to supply their own drinks or food, unless preagreed with the Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre (charges will apply). Due to seasonal variances some ingredients may be changed and substituted.

Other: Smoking is prohibited within the Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre.
