Our award-winning ginger biscuit coated in high-quality dark chocolate. A biscuit with a truly luxurious taste which is a delicious blend of high cocoa solid, giving that refined chocolate flavour, which complements the spiciness of old fashioned ginger.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate coating (40%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring), fortified wheat flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin – Vitamin B 3 , Thiamine – Vitamin B 1 ), sugar, partially inverted refiners syrup, vegetable oils (non-hydrogenated palm oil and palm kernel oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt, natural flavourings), eggs, salted butter (milk), ground ginger, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate; salt.
Dark chocolate coating contains: cocoa solids 52% minimum.
