Orders with a total weight below 2kg are sent via Royal Mail, which cannot be tracked. For orders weighing 2kg and over, we use Parcelforce and will provide you with a tracking number with your dispatch confirmation.
We aim to deliver within 10 working days of receiving payment. Delivery charges: £3.95, Free for orders over £50 (to one UK address only) and FREE for physical Gift Vouchers but excludes orders placed using Gift Vouchers unless the redemption is over £50.
We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date and time, however, if your order is sent via Parcelforce then you will be able to determine the delivery date using the tracking code supplied in your dispatch confirmation email.
Please note that our cheeses require refrigeration upon receipt.
