Dry cured from the eye of the loin of a Yorkshire outdoor reared pig. This is rolled in paprika and aged for at least 6 weeks. Perfect on a charcuterie board or in salads and sandwiches. Pairs perfectly with Yorkshire Wensleydale Special Reserve with a spoon of Rosebud Preserves Cheeseboard Chutney.
