Dry cured Yorkshire beef seasoned with rosemary and red wine, cured for a minimum of 8 weeks. Ideal on bread with goats cheese and honey or simply on the charcuterie board. Pairs perfectly with thin slices of Yorkshire Creamery's Extra Mature Yorkshire Cheddar, drizzled with local honey or balsamic vinegar.
