What else did you enjoy with this product and how did you use it? - The cheese is substantive without being too heavy and is a great accompaniment to Jacobs cream crackers, with crusty bread and goes great in sandwiches with ham, tomato and a good quality piccalilli. This cheese is excellent with crackers and red wine. It is perhaps a waste to use this cheese to make Welsh Rabbit, but it can be used for this purpose with excellent results.

This cheese is a delight to buy and eat. The flavour of the cheese is distinctive and crisp. The cheese is very Moorish and will not hang around too long. I will definitely be buying some more.
