We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef in our award-winning Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre Calvert’s Restaurant.
In our Calvert’s Restaurant, we champion the finest Yorkshire Dales produce…it’s at the heart of what we do! We strive to deliver show-stopping favourites whilst creating unique dishes, inspired by the use of our cheese!
We are looking for someone who has a passion for cheese, and a love of creating inspirational dishes, preparing, cooking, and presenting local fresh food to exceptional standards, someone who enjoys working in a busy and well-equipped kitchen, has a real eye for detail, and a desire to develop and lead a team.
Based in Hawes North Yorkshire, we offer excellent company benefits, working Sunday to Thursday each week, Friday’s, and Saturdays off, 8.30am to 5pm, no split shifts, with Christmas, Boxing & New Year’s Day off.
