We are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef
We are looking for an all-around forward-thinking, creative and talented Junior Sous Chefs to join our fabulous team. You need to champions the use of local produce, have relevant experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to helping us take our Calvert’s Restaurant and 1897 Coffee Shop to the next level.
Working as part of an ambitious team, you will be working with fresh local produce and our handcrafted artisan cheese within a ‘Taste of England’ Silver award-winning restaurant.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar fast-paced environment, with a can-do attitude and a customer-focused approach.
This is a full-time permanent position working 5 days a week, alternative weekends, and the occasional evening.
Working 40 hrs per week 8.30 am-5 pm as per rota.
