NEW CHEESE-MAKING VIEWING GALLERY The Wensleydale Creamery, based at Hawes in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, is welcoming families to come and enjoy the Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese Experience at its Visitor Centre this February half term.
