Pork Steak with Apple and Wensleydale

Serves: 2

Cooking Time: Approximately 12-16 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2.  Lean Pork Loin or Leg Steaks (1-2cm thick)
10ml. (4tsp) Apple Sauce
50gm (2oz) Wensleydale Cheese, crumbled

METHOD

Place the steaks under a preheated grill for 6-8 minutes, turn and grill for 3-4 minutes.
Spread the apple sauce over the steak.  Top with cheese.  Return to grill for 3-4 minutes until cheese has melted and pork cooked.
Serve the pork steak with prepared salad of your choice and French stick or crusty bread.
