We have combined two of the nation’s favourite foods, just in time for Easter: Our famous Real Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese and sumptuous dark chocolate.
The exciting and sophisticated new flavour is available exclusively at the deli counter in Sainsbury’s 480 stores nationwide.
Real Yorkshire Wensleydale and dark chocolate is perfect for the cheese board at dinner parties, as a snack with biscuits or just as an indulgent treat.
David Hartley, our Managing Director, said: “We are always looking for new and innovative products to bring to the market and Real Yorkshire Wensleydale and dark chocolate follows hot on the heels of Chantico, a creamy cheddar cheese with red hot Jalapeno and sweet chilli peppers.
“Cheese and chocolate are probably not a combination most people would put together but there is a definite synergy and it really tastes delicious. “We believe we have come up with something pretty unique, which is quite different to anything else on the market.
